You can purchase a Business Website and Online Database to use with surplus records you obtain from us as well as lists you purchase elsewhere.
You do not need to use the Business Website for promotional purposes, but you do need it to access your Online Database.

Obtaining and Importing Records
Using Filters and Working the Database
All surplus lists you purchase on our websites (TaxAuctionSurplus.com, SurplusDatabasepro.com, MortgageAuctionSurplus.com and CaliforniaExcessProceeds.com) will import directly into your database. If you purchase lists elsewhere, we have 2 import templates you can use to transfer your records onto and then import into your database.
The cost of the Business Website and Online Database is $297 per Quarter (3 months). You do not need to use the website for business purposes (such as in the case you already have a website), but you do need it in order to have the Online Database on it, for logging in, importing and using.
