WHO WE ARE
Please Note: SurplusDatabase.com no longer offers client websites and online databases to use with the surplus records. We stopped offering those benefits in mid 2022.
We own many websites relating to the Tax Deed Auctions that happen every day.
FloridaTaxAuction.com:
PRE-Auction Tax Deed Records. Provides services and products for those who wish to participate in the Florida County Auctions and purchase tax deeds.
TaxAuctionSurplus.com:
Provides Tax Deed Surplus Records from Florida Counties. If you are happy with the Florida Surplus Lists we provide here on Surplus Database, you might consider joining TaxAuctionSurplus.com. The pricing is much less than purchasing lists one by one. There are many other benefits as well.
FloridaOverbids.com:
Provides training, Videos, Claim Forms, Client Forms, Step by Step Tutorials for each county in Florida. This website is included free when you join TaxAuctionSurplus.com
CaliforniaExcessProceeds.com:
Provides Excess Proceed Records from California Counties.
Each day is spent deep inside the county records, auctions and claims, so we really know our stuff!
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT?
Any other company that supplies surplus lists does not do so with the depth we do. Other companies will give you surplus lists exactly as the county puts them online and those lists are available for anyone to obtain themselves. Also, most county-supplied lists do not become available until months after the auction is over.
Our clients have an extreme advantage because they are able to locate, contact and sign the property owners long before others even know there is surplus out there.
Our Surplus Lists are very different. We do the following:
- Obtain the results of the auctions the same day the auction ends and create the surplus lists from those results*
- Add the Owners Name and Mailing Address.
- Obtain the Claim Form(s) needed**
- Determine the Claim Process and provide that to you**
- Provide you with the contact information for the county
*Once a county ends the auction, we determine the ‘estimated surplus’ based on the ending bid minus the starting bid. After that point, the county may deduct any fees from holding the auction (however most include those fees in the starting bid so they are not deducted later). When the county finally (if ever) puts a surplus list online, the amount of surplus may differ from our original list but that doesn’t matter. You don’t have to wait for an exact amount from a county to pursue that record. That is simply wasting time. The important part is to locate and sign that client before someone else does.
**If a county does not provide these items online, we give you the contact information to the correct entity to request them.
